Rush Recordal of an Assignment document, $75.00 per doc plus PTO fees, Usually less than 1 week.

Overnight Facsimile or E-mail

The following items are needed:

  • Letter from client addressed to The Patent Place, Inc. indicating why the document is needed on a rush basis, (i.e., foreign filing) and the date (should be no more than 15 days from date of letter) the document is needed.
     

  • Executed assignment document, including completed recordation cover sheet
     

  • Note how many, if any, certified copies of recorded assignment you need. If certified copies are not obtained at this point, they cannot be obtained for up to 2 months.
     

  • We provide additional USPTO fees for rush processing and formal request to expedite both recording and certification processes.
